Day 2 - Island hopping, kayaking,

snorkeling and partying!!!!

Woke up for breakfast and to catch our ferry for our day in the sun!

Before a day in the sun....there is the intially fair me!!!!

tickets!!!! only 600bhat for a full day on the boat...snorkeling gear, kayak and meal included!! CHEAP!!!!!

I don't think u can really see the fishes in the water~~

Where we sat on the boat....right in the front deck...

Friend made on the boat!!! From japan we have Hiroko!!!!! At night we went drinking together too~!!!

All i said was SMILE! and the 2 of them went HEY!!! and raised their paddles! hahaha...

Suz called this the wet look~

Can you see that the water has different colors!!??
That was what fascinated me the most....we went to 6 islands i think...and every island the water is of a different color!!! And i really regret not getting a waterproof camera casing!!!
My favorite is bamboo island!!! and i didn't take any pics coz we snorkeled from the boat to the shore....the view there is seriously breath taking!!!!!!!!!!!!!

we have japan!! That's the normal us...~ further into the post u would see the almost wasted us~

And we have Israel!!!! his name is Adol i think....don't know the spelling...really charming and sweet guy!!!!!!!!!!!!!! really funny too~....

SEE THE WATER!!!!! now tell me you wanna go to phi phi!! coz i would be more than willing to go again!!!!


Oh yes....how can one not jump off the boat and into the water.....
Next time i'm going phi phi i'm so gonna try cliff jumping~

OKOK....us to blame....was lazy to snorkel to one of the islands....so suzana's brother decided to kayak and pull us there.....
and against the advised of the stafff that the kayak might capsize we went ahead with his plan...
and true enough!!! he capsized!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And he lost his own snorkeling gear...and somehow I'm pretty glad that i'm considered as a strong swimmer....(not that i'm bragging)
I held on and pulled the kayak to the nearest shore with one of the staff who came to save us~....
nearest shore was juz a little place with rocks!! and so he had to go get another kayak to bring us back to the boat...and there I was really stuck on a secluded island waiting to be rescued!!!

And coz it is juz a small beach...say 6 meters in length??? all the water washed up was rocks and i have nowhere to hide but let the rock hit my legs....hence the very abused looking legs!!!

At the end of the day.....boat drove up so that we can watch the sunset~

The boat juz drifted for about an hour i think....and it was seriously relaxing...all troubles and matters in the mind didn't appear at all~ my mind was clear and you just feel soo good

But the sun decided to hide behind the clouds! so we ended the day~

This is Phi phi's "U HOO" lady!! she would go "u HOO!!! you want pancakes??"
and it works...the "u HOO" makes u laugh and wanna buy from her and not the others~

And so i got nutella and banana pancake...suz got chocolate banana....SINFUL!!! and soo GOOD!!!!

YUMMYLICIOUS!!!!! *slurps*

"When you are in phi phi you gotto go to the Hippies bar" that was what my boss told me before i left....
So made plans with hiroko to go to Hippies in the night.....was in the pharmacy getting cream for the sunburn and heat rash!
Yes i got heat rash!!! super painful!!! and somehow hiroko found us there~

I tried Chang beer....NICE!! you know how beer turns bitter when it's no longer chilled...
Chang isn't bitter.....and the healthy suzana got pineapple juice... ^^'''

New friend from Canada!!! no idea what his name is..*oppz*
But he is a volunteer to teach children English in a nearby island village...
he is supposed to go back to Canada in a week but he extended another month...becoz he fell in love with one of the local staff at the school!!!
and he said..." i can't just leave her"
AWWWWWWWW~~~~

There was a drinking competition earlier...and Hiroko and i wanted to join but we arrived at hippies to late! competition had already started!!! OK...~ so Canada won the competition..and the prize is a bottle of tequila!!!!
And so happen hiroko loves tequila too!!! Somehow the Canadian guy came and offered us a drink...of course we said YES!!!!!
And somehow the 2 canadian guys stayed at our table and we juz started talking and having fun together~

So that's robert....i didn't even know his name till we exchanged email~!
Robert is a volunteer too~

Hiroko kept confessing to me.....She just kept going "I love you"...or like how the Japanese say it..
"I Labu you"!! haha

Dancing on the sand and in the water = FUN!

Robert is actually cute!!!

And yes!!! we both lost one slipper!!! i saw mine a min ago on the sand and suzana saw it too..and when i turn my back....it was gone!!!
One of Hiroko's slipper was thrown into the sea by Robert!!!!!!!!!!!!! hahaha

Ok...no matter how i couldn't walk staight i still had to go back to the villa by foot...
And this pooch...i think it guards the resort....followed us all the way back to our villa from the lobby!!! it made sure we were safe!!!!
