The ladies can take the initiative for certain things in the relationship...
1st to ask the other out on a date, holding hands, kissing, even sex!

But in all due respect for sexual equality and all...
A lady shouldn't be the 1st to say the 3 words.
The 3 vital words which we tend to want to say at a early stage, the 3 words which makes us go weak on the knees.......
That 3 words we SHOULD let the other species take the initiative, because we are already vulnerable beings.
The minute we say it 1st makes us even MORE vulnerable to everything!!

"I love you." Isn't just words, it's all emotion.

Well the thing is, woman are emotionally driven whereas men are not as emotional as us and are probably more cautious in taking their feelings to another level.
If you say it 1st, it might be pressure on him on how to answer you.

So even if you feel like you are about to blurt out "I love you", remember he might not reached that level yet.
Give him more time and let him say it first, he takes a longer time to feel that when he really means it.

Let the man take the lead on this one!
